Turning Captions on

Streaming Media

If your website offers streaming video (progressive download) or audio only streaming files, we can add captions to that content, making them accessible to millions of deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

We work with all common digital media file formats, and can provide you with caption and subtitle files compatible with Quick Time or Windows Media Player. Just send us your file, and we do the rest. When your project is completed, you can easily download the caption or subtitle files directly from our FTP site.

If don’t currently offer streaming on your WEB Site and would like to, we can provide “turn-key” service to add this exciting feature. It may surprise you to know that most video streaming is provided by service bureaus like us and not by your own local WEB server provider. The cost is very low and only a simple “hot-link” has to be added to your WEB site. Please contact us for more information.

Here are samples of our different streaming quality options. Please make sure you have the approate players from either Microsoft or Apple.
